Master of Real Estate Development Program
Real estate development is a multidisciplinary activity that combines the physical and design components of the development of land and buildings with financial, marketing, planning and policy aspects. The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) offers a technical, design-based degree that also explores the business, planning, and policy components of responsible real estate development. Graduates of this 30 credit hour program will understand the entire development process and have the necessary information to ensure sustainable land utilization.

Master of Business Administration – Concentration in Real Estate
The real estate industry is experiencing dynamic changes in response to the global demand for new facilities of all types. Success requires incorporating rapidly developing technologies and responding to significant demographic and lifestyle drivers, as well as adapting to the major changes in the real estate capital markets and the methods of financing major projects. Scheller College of Business students pursing their Master of Business Administration can pursue this concentration in real estate through the successful completion of nine credit hours (three courses) from their choice of applicable electives.

Real Estate Development Certificate
The School of City and Regional Planning, with the cooperation of the School of Building Construction and the Scheller College of Business, offers a certificate in real estate development for undergraduates in good standing at Georgia Tech. Students must complete 12 credit hours in required and restricted elective courses that must be taken from the College of Design or the Scheller College of Business.
